Terms of Use

Maexry is a privacy-first AI email client that runs on your device. It connects to your email provider (e.g., Gmail), classifies your messages using AI, and stores everything locally in an encrypted database. We provide the software. You provide the email account, the device, and — if using BYOK mode — the AI keys.

To use Maexry, you must authenticate with a supported email provider. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and device. We do not store your email credentials or AI API keys on our servers — they exist only on your device's secure hardware.

• Base: A one-time purchase of $19.99, tied to your Apple ID or Google account. Install on as many devices as you like — each runs independently with its own local database. This includes all future updates, new features, and maintenance releases at no additional cost, for as long as Maexry remains in operation.
• Pro: A standalone monthly ($3.99/mo) or annual ($34.99/yr) subscription that includes everything in Base plus Personal Relay, E2EE cross-device sync, Vault Sync, and Profile Sync. Annual subscribers receive permanent Base access upon cancellation.
• Instant: A standalone monthly ($9.99/mo) or annual ($79.99/yr) subscription that includes everything in Pro plus Maexry-managed AI — same zero-knowledge pipeline. Annual subscribers receive permanent Base access upon cancellation.

All plans begin with a 14-day free trial (full access, no credit card required). Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. After a monthly subscription or trial ends, sync and AI stop — existing emails remain readable on-device. Annual subscribers fall back to permanent Base access upon cancellation. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Maexry is built on a zero-knowledge architecture. Your emails, AI keys, and encryption keys never leave your device. We cannot access, read, or recover your data. If you delete the app, your local data is permanently removed. You may also request deletion of your subscription record from our backend at any time by contacting hello@maexry.ai.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application.
• Use Maexry to send spam, malware, or any content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or trial limitations.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the application.

Maexry, its design, code, and brand are the property of Maexry LLC. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software. You retain full ownership of your email content — we never claim rights to it.

Maexry integrates with third-party services including Gmail (Google API), and — depending on your configuration — OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party providers.

Maexry is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maexry LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application — including data loss, missed emails, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Maexry in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI classification accuracy depends on the model and provider you choose. We do not warrant the results of any AI-generated content, summaries, or categorizations.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to paid features if you violate these terms. You may stop using Maexry at any time. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device — we have no ability to remotely delete it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
